James has a strong understanding of international markets and corporate strategy with a focus on technology-led innovation to create long-term value and defensibility.

As COO, Chris drives the strategic development of Sky-Futures’ operational and technology frameworks and the development of new partnerships with leading companies across a range of markets. Chris combines extensive drone experience with a strong understanding of the technical and operational complexities and, indeed, the capacity of drones to provide cutting edge solutions across industries.

Nick oversees the Training and Regulatory framework including the UK CAA National Qualified Entity (NQE) Status, ensuring that the Remote Pilot training is robust and fit for purpose. As a qualified civilian airline Captain who continues to fly Airbus A320 passenger jets, Nick’s aviation experience and understanding of the manned aviation environment has been instrumental in establishing a culture of safety and outstanding operational procedures that help enhance Sky-Futures position as a leading drone technology company
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Adrian leads the delivery of a continually developing technology roadmap that aims to maximise the value and impact of the data captured by drones. Adrian has been involved in both the design and delivery of a wide range of high tech and business applications that have technology at the core. He applies this experience and expertise to ensure Sky-Futures stay at the leading edge of drone technology with our software and sensor solutions. He has over 20 years’ experience working within the mobile telecommunications and Internet industry.
Nick manages Sky-Futures global operations and the in-house drone inspection teams; collectively holding 10,000+ hours of flying experience. He ensures operational systems and procedures are robust in response to challenging environments and is responsible for making safety Sky-Futures continued and most paramount objective.
TRAINING & OPERATIONAL STANDARDS MANAGER
Frankie joined Sky-Futures with a wealth of drone-based experience in the UK and abroad. His focus is on developing the most robust drone training programs and operational procedures for Sky-Futures. Heading up the Sky-Futures Training Academy, Frankie has been particularly instrumental in leading the training of several Emergency Service agencies from the UK, USA and the rest of the world. He ensures that the Sky-Futures Training Academy leads the way in providing the most challenging and rewarding drone programs and assessment.
VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SOUTH EAST ASIA
Wijnand leads the development of Sky-Futures’ business in Southeast Asia. His experience of more than thirty years in Aviation, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries covers both operations (Maintenance, Inspections, Asset Management, Flight Operations and Global Standards) and business management and ranges from Europe and the Middle East to Southeast Asia and North America
VP GLOBAL SALES
David is driving revenue growth at Sky-Futures by working with Sky-Futures’ clients globally to maximise performance improvement through deploying our industrial inspection digitisation technologies. David combines over 15 years of global sales leadership experience across the energy value chain in both technology and consulting with significant knowledge of enterprise cloud applications, IoT and asset integrity/risk management
Steve manages and leads Sky-Futures global engineering and inspection teams. He assures the quality of inspection activities and reporting, directing and guiding the development of new inspection methods and the application of existing inspection techniques. Steve has 20 years’ experience in the inspection and integrity industries in the UK and the Middle East, working with some of the largest Oil and Gas service companies in the North Sea including CAN Offshore, Lloyds Register and Oceaneering

Technical Account Manager
We are looking for a full-time Technical Account Manager to join our West London based team to help support our growing business and ensure the successful acquisition and on-boarding of SaaS clients.
The Technical Account Manager at Sky Futures is a challenging role that sits at the intersection of business and technology. It requires a mix of strong technical understanding, SaaS support skills, excellent customer facing and sales abilities.
The role is office based with most customer interaction through web conferencing/phone and some face to face in the UK with occasional international travel expected. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to progress quickly either in Sales or Customer success teams in a fast-growing, leading tech company.
- Identify, develop and onboard new accounts for leading industrial SaaS solution.
- Drive the client onboarding process from discovery through software demo’s to launch ensuring customer success
- Maintain and develop ongoing relationships with our accounts to drive renewals and reduce churn
- Train Customers on all aspects of Sky-Futures SaaS software
- Provide ongoing support and consultation throughout the customer journey
- Working closely across all key teams (Sales; Technology; Marketing)
- Support the Enterprise Sales team on winning major enterprise deals
- Serve as the primary technical contact for our customers and ensure the satisfactory resolution of all support requests by interfacing with the tech team
The successful candidate for this role will probably have the following skills and experience.
- Driven, proactive individual who has worked in the B2B hi-tech/engineering space
- Results oriented with a hands-on approach
- Demonstrable success working across international markets
- At least 3 years work experience in a customer facing role
- At least 2 years sales or consultative services experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical subject: Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, or related
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Strong drive for customer excellence and passion for growth
- Deep understanding of value drivers in SaaS business models
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
