What are your thoughts on UAVs? = 13/07/2012

I am the Operations Director for Sky-Futures and i have my thoughts on UAVs and where they can and cannot be used. I am in favour of a well regulated industry where the company and employees are certfied as competent or accredited UAV specialists. Indeed, all our UAV operators have many years UAV experience to share and call upon. However, in my role as Operations Director, it is always very interesting to hear the thoughts of our clients and potential clients. Any industry event or dinner party that i go to, someone always has a new idea on where a UAV could be used to save money, save time, introduce efficiencies etc. What about you, what are your thoughts on UAVs and where they can be used or how they should be used? Do you work in an industry that doesn't use UAVs but might realise some benefits from using them? I would be very interested to hear your thoughts and opinions or set up a call if you think Sky-Futures might be able to add some value in your industry.
