Certifications

Sky-Futures offers certification Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO) in the UK and FAA Part 107 Online Tutorial in the USA

Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO)

In the UK, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has put in place a safe set of basic competency rules that allow companies or individuals to complete ground and flight training on drones to enable application for a Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO) drone pilot license. We hold full CAA privileges as a National Qualified Entity (NQE) to deliver its Online Ground School Certification Course which represents one of the 3 stages to complete your PfCO and fly a drone legally. Our UK certification package includes a secure login to online CAA compliant ground school; stepwise learning process at your own pace; operations manual templates and instructor review; and a test question bank.

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

In the USA, all UAS pilots that wish to operate in a commercial capacity must take the FAA Part 107 exam. The exam has the potential to be challenging for those with little or no aviation experience. Sky-Futures aims to provide fit-for-purpose Part 107 preparation to enable operators across the USA to leverage drone technology confidently and safely, in accordance with FAA regulations. The Sky-Futures tutorial distinguishes itself from other online Part 107 tutorials by focusing on material most likely to be tested. It includes: secure login to distance learning ground school FAA compliant certification package; stepwise learning process at your own pace; and a test question bank.
